The following general terms and conditions apply however regional circumstances and regulations, contractual obligations to suppliers, and matters relating to location, product type and supply logistics may cause these to be varied slightly for specific products, or specific destinations. Travel arrangements and prices detailed on our web site are provided and coordinated by Indus Outback Ventures.
Indus Outback Ventures has taken due care and responsibility to verify and check all information on our web site as at the time of compilation, however, as this information is supplied by the relevant accommodation & tour/cruise operators in their brochures, it accepts no responsibility for any inaccuracy or mis-description contained in the publications.
Sales of services as contained in our website are made by Indus Outback Ventures only as a Marketing partner for the person, business or company providing the services. The standards of accommodation and other services chosen are based on various factors, which are generally accepted as indicative of a certain class.
Indus Outback Ventures does not accept responsibility for any change in prices or variation of services as shown, and all services and prices are subject to change without notice.
Indus Outback Ventures does not accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of those service providers in connections with your convention pursuant to a contract between them and yourselves and over whom we have no direct control. We do not accept liability in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control, or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part including, but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action.
It is essential that you check with us, for any changes or variations to the information shown on our web sites. This will allow us to advise you, of any such changes that we are aware of either before you book your holiday, or prior to your departure.
Standard Cancellation Policy: All bookings for airlines/hotel accommodation/ground transportation are blocked well in advance. If the guests desires to cancel the tour due to any reason, they shall make an application in writing to that effect to Indus Outback Ventures. Such cancellation will attract the cancellation charges given below:
25% of package cost for cancellation between 08 to 14 days before check-in date (not inclusive of the check-in date)
50% of package cost for cancellation between 05 to 07 days before check-in date (not inclusive of the check-in date)
No refund of package cost for cancellation less than four working days before check-in date (not inclusive of the check-in date)Cancellation charges for any ticket / Air reservation are applicable as per the rules of airlines/railways. Air ticket cancellation charges for special fares if paid by the guest are NON-REFUNDABLE. Any refund payable will be returned to the guests after receipt of the refund from respective airlines/railways after deducting the processing charges.
Refunds: No refunds will be made for services once travel have commenced. All refund requests must be in writing, and made direct to us. Claims must be made within 15 days of completion of travel arrangements. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather or illness. Refunds if any, for amendments and/or cancellations will be paid directly to the guests strictly by 'A/C payee' cheque, in Indian Rupees at the prevailing rate of exchange within 45 days, as per Reserve Bank of India Rules and Regulations, irrespective of whether the tour payments were in part or whole in foreign currency. No refund will be made in cash. American Express refunds will be less 4% as American Express retains the credit card service fee. All other card companies refund the fee.
Special Cancellation Conditions: Certain accommodation and tour products will apply additional cancellation charges. These cancellation conditions and costs will be clearly advised to you in writing at time of booking.
Amendment Fees: Bookings that have been finalised and itinerary published will incur a fee of 5% of the package cost per amendment. This is in addition to any fees that may be levied by the supplier.
Change Of Itinerary After Holiday Has Commenced: Any alteration or cancellation of services after your holiday has commenced will not receive any refund, No refund is offered for unused services.
Reporting of Incidents : Any abnormal incidents including injuries, service problems, cancellation of a service or dissatisfaction must be reported to Indus Outback Ventures during the event to allow us an opportunity to rectify the situation or provide assistance.

GENERAL
Validity of Rates : Prices are valid for the dates indicated.
Currency : All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees, or as otherwise indicated.
Payment Terms & Options : All payments are to be made directly to Indus Outback Ventures at Bangalore. Payments can be made to Indus Outback Ventures by cheque, credit card, bank transfers or cash. You can mail your credit card details to us, send a cheque or make a direct deposit by visiting our office. Additional service charges are applicable on credit card payments. This will vary according to the charges levied by the various credit card service providers.
Travel Insurance : It is extremely important that you take out Travel Insurance. It is ESSENTIAL that this insurance covers you for involuntary cancellation of your holiday including airfare(s). For information on the policy sold by Indus Outback Ventures please check the details with us prior to purchasing the policy. Full amount is due at time of booking and policy will be issued within working days of payment being received. Payment options as mentioned above can be availed. NOTE: Dates of birth are required to issue insurance. Until dates of birth are known we cannot issue the policy as mandatory requirement. Cover only commences when paid in full and policy issued.
Accommodation : Accommodation is as specified in the accommodation section of our web sites. All costs are shown in Indian Rupees, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation of a similar standard in the case the accommodation operator overbooks their property or for any reason beyond our control. All rates are subject to change without notice.
Check In / Check Out Policy : These vary according to region, properties operator. Generally check in is 12noon and check out 1000 hours in India. At international hotels / resorts, the normal check-in is at 1400 hours and check-out is at 12 noon. These timings are indicative and it is important that you check with Indus Outback Ventures for exact details. Please note that most properties will require a credit card authorization on check-in and may need to see photo identification. In the instance that you don’t have a credit card usually a photo identity will be required.
Single Supplement Cost : If not shown in your selected accommodation cost, this is available on request.
Accommodation Ratings: Are based on our own inspections and some in conjunction with existing market ratings. Our ratings are for guidance only and are not to be construed as market endorsement.
Group And Incentive Travel : As group and conference rates are specially contracted rates specific for that particular group, they have different terms and conditions to standard holidays. If you are booking a group or incentive, please ensure that these conditions are explained to you.

Quotations : All quotations are subject to availability of services quoted and are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed and deposit received. Quotes are valid for 72 hours from issue date. Surcharge will be included in the quotations of packages availed during weekends and holiday season. Wanderer 360 reserves the right to change/modify/terminate the package offer anytime at its own discretion and without any prior notice or assigning any reasons thereof.

INCLUSIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

Prices DO Include: Accommodation, meals (as specified), government taxes and any other inclusions as specified in writing.
Prices DO NOT Include: Any costs incurred en route to and from the destination, car hire, meals (unless specified), alcoholic beverages, telephone calls, items of a personal nature, and personal services not specified as being included in costs provided by Indus Outback Ventures.
